Please be informed that the foyer of The Quad Studios will undergo renovations from May 27 – 29, 2024. Youth and Group Fitness classes held at The Quad Studios will continue as scheduled.

Parents and guardians are welcome to use the alternate waiting area located along the corridor outside The Quad at Basement 1. The foyer will reopen on Thursday, May 30, 2024. Thank you for your understanding.

Dear Members,

Please be informed that changes has been made to the Club policy regarding termination and reinstatement. The update pertains to Chapter 4.1.5 of the Club Bylaws, where the timelines for membership termination and reinstatement have been adjusted. Please see below the updated Bylaw. This change is effective immediately and is for your information only.

Members who are currently not enrolled into the GIRO payment mode are encouraged to sign up. Monthly Statement of Accounts deductions are made on the 18th of each month. Deductions will be made the next working day if the 18th falls on a weekend or public holiday. Please note that GIRO processing takes approximately 6 – 8 weeks.

The Club is in the process of upgrading its Carpark system to accommodate In-unit (IU) and On-board Unit (OBU) numbers for registered vehicles. This initiative aligns with the rollout of the next-generation Electronic Road Pricing system (ERP 2.0) by the Land Transport Authority of Singapore.

The upgrading works is anticipated to be completed by mid-June. Meanwhile, our Security team will work closely with the Front Office to support Members driving in with the new OBU.

According to 2.16 Photographs and Recordings of the Club Bylaws, no person shall take photographs or make audio or video recordings on Club premises without the advance approval of the General Manager unless such recordings or photographs are exclusively for the private use of Club Members. Except where authorized by the General Manager for Club purposes, the consent of each person to be photographed or recorded should be obtained in advance. Strictly no images of the façade of The Club are allowed. The Club premise is protected by Closed Circuit Cameras and all images are recorded for the purpose of providing a safe clubhouse for Members, guests and staff. The Club may use any and all such images as it sees fit to the extent permitted by Singapore law. The Bylaws do not apply to participants attending a private function in a Club function room.

Additionally, Members who do not wish to be photographed during any Club events may inform any of our Team Members at the start of the event.
